Qualifications

• Strong experience in construction projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers and GCs.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Implement monthly cost reports and accurate cost projections.
