The position involves overseeing project finances, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Applicants with experience using Bluebeam and Procore Management programs will receive priority.

Qualifications

• Must have a background in managing complex construction projects effectively.
• Experience with pre-construction and construction project scheduling.
• Strong negotiation skills for subcontractor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead field project managers and contractors to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and resources from start to finish.
• Resolve design conflicts in collaboration with engineers and architects.

Education
