Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 5–7+ years of construction/capital project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable project plans and drive execution.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Direct pre-construction activities including programming, feasibility analysis, design coordination, and cost estimating.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment.
