Clune Construction Company in Dallas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor upcoming leaders, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction on commercial construction programs.

The role requires 9+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and risks. On-site work in Dallas with a focus on delivering excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
• 9+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience leading owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability
• Mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers to develop future leaders

Responsabilidades

• Lead project pursuits and preconstruction strategy, including client interviews, RFP responses, and value engineering
• Establish execution plans and align teams to deliver projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Direct subcontractor procurement, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation to mitigate risk
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary liaison with owners and trade partners
• Oversee project financial performance, forecast cash flow, and manage change orders
