Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships with owners and architects, driving value engineering, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. A BS in CM/Engineering is preferred, with 9+ years of PM experience in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• 9+ years of construction project management experience, 2-3 years in commercial construction.
• Resume required from all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk management.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers to build high-performing teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
