Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Dallas, Texas. You will coordinate preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling and procurement, while managing client relations and project teams.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and disciplined execution to deliver high‑quality work. Required: 5+ years in PM, a BS in Construction Management or related field, and prior experience in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience with 2-3 years in commercial construction.
• All candidates must provide a resume and demonstrate leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts including budgets, value engineering and scope definition.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, procurement and phasing from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, change orders and overall project financial health.
• Foster relationships with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners; lead project meetings.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to promote growth.
