Job summary

Hoar in Orlando seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead project teams, drive profitability, and advance client relationships. You will oversee cost control, scheduling, and procurement, and mentor field staff while supporting marketing and new business pursuits.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Building Science or related field, 7–10 years of large complex project management, CCM preferred, proficiency with Suretrak, P6, Procore, and Revit, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of extensive project management experience on large, complex facilities construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage and control internal cost.
• Manage and administrate Owner contracts; identify and manage risks.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in marketing efforts and group sales planning for new business.
• Oversee setup and administration of cost estimates, cost control and reporting.
• Prepare monthly status reports and cost projections; ensure invoice processing accuracy.
• Ensure regular progress meetings to track action items and deliverables.
• Oversee change management; review change orders before sending to owner and stakeholders.
• Oversee project close out and adherence to schedules; track submittals and RFIs.
• Develop cost estimates at appropriate stages of design.
• Oversee training of junior staff.
