• Understand accounting, financial statements, job cost, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team from conceptual phase of a project to final completion and close out.
• Lead one or more teams simultaneously to ensure customer and company success, with clear job-by-job baselines.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Set up customer relationships to align safety costs, schedule, and subcontractor selection.
• Ensure projects are completed on or before contract completion date, including punchlist items.
• Ensure projects follow approved plans and specs by Owner and Architects/Engineers.
• Increase skills and competencies of project teams in all aspects of work.
• Establish and meet customer expectations at the outset of relationships.
