Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Manager to join our PM/CM Group in Seattle, Washington. The role leads cross-functional project activities across the full construction lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience managing preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Advanced certifications are a plus, and compensation reflects market standards for Seattle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Strong understanding of project contracts, terms, conditions, and scope of work.
• Proficiency with BIM, Primavera P6, Procore, or e-Builder preferred.
• LEED/DBIA/PMP/CCM/RA/PE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead cross-functional project activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout for construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including change management and invoicing.
• Support proposal development and client presentations to win work.
• Plan and execute complete project delivery and maintain project manuals and execution plans.
• Coordinate staffing against budgets and performance with senior management.
• Manage project elements such as scope, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and communications.
• Maintain strong client relationships as STV’s senior on-site representative.
