Job summary

STO Building Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects, supervise PMs, and ensure delivery per contract and owner expectations. You will guide project teams, manage costs, and coordinate preconstruction and closeout activities.

The role requires experience in mission-critical construction, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of eight years project management experience in Mission Critical construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and supervise PMs to deliver on Contract Documents and owner expectations.
• Develop project management plans and coordinate with preconstruction activities.
• Prepare estimates and manage project budget and costs.
• Negotiate prime contracts and manage subcontracts and change orders.
• Oversee scheduling, safety, quality, and overall performance on site.
• Coordinate closeout procedures, warranties, and final accounting.
