Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive to lead multiple initiatives across Northern California and Bay Areas.

You will provide executive oversight, define strategy, and drive performance while collaborating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects. This senior role requires 10+ years in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including senior project leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large or complex construction projects and multiple project teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Projects include High end Multi-Family (Wrap, Podium, Garden Style, etc). Commercial Retail, and others
• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Establish project strategy, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Ensure projects meet financial targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project performance including schedule, cost, risk, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Participate in preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating oversight, and project planning.
• Review and approve major contracts, change orders, and project financial reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Lead regular project review meetings and report progress to executive leadership.
• Support business development efforts including client meetings, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
