The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, along with unlimited PTO and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction industry including senior project leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large or complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgets, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers and project teams.
• Ensure projects meet financial targets and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
