Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company is seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion in Phoenix, Arizona.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and site supervision, coordinating with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/PM
• 7+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with multi-family builds (Podium, wrap, garden style)
• Proficiency reading drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction software (Procore/Buildertrend/MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, financials, and timelines.
