The role involves planning, budgeting, and supervising projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality. You will manage schedules, budgets, and field teams while maintaining documentation and reporting to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with a focus on multifamily and retail builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and reading drawings/specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed schedules and track milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Review drawings and contracts for compliance.
• Monitor budgets and approve invoices and change orders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
