CSI Construction Company seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise to ensure safety, schedule, scope, and budget compliance, collaborating with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with travel to Colorado job sites and a blend of office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with emphasis on Multifamily and Retail Commercial builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout (end-to-end).
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with scope and codes.
• Monitor budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
