Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to direct day-to-day management, develop project plans, and lead cross-functional teams on large-scale construction projects. You will ensure schedule, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction while fostering safety and inclusion.

The role demands a hands-on leader with strong contract, procurement, and reporting capabilities in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours during critical project phases.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline project priorities and issues
