Job summary

Choate Construction Company in the United States seeks a Project Executive to lead and mentor multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will oversee contract risk, bid strategies with Preconstruction, and maintain financial discipline while fostering relationships with clients, architects, engineers and partners.

As an owner-backed team member, you’ll champion safety and accountability, uphold ESOP values, and drive projects

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Excellent communication with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver safe, on-time, in-budget projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and Safety Managers.
• Develop and maintain Project Specific Safety Plans (PSSPs) and conduct safety reviews.
• Oversee contract formats, negotiations, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop bid strategies and procurement objectives.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Provide financial oversight including budgets and cost reports.
