Choate Construction Company seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from contract execution through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial success. You will serve as the primary liaison to clients and design teams, guiding a project team and coordinating with subcontractors.

You will collaborate closely with the field Superintendent to drive delivery excellence, manage procurement, and control costs while maintaining schedule integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• At least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage costs, schedule, changes, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from contract execution to completion while safeguarding safety, quality, and schedule.
• Collaborate with the field Superintendent to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
• Oversee procurement, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and communicate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to clients and leadership.
