Choate Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from contract execution to successful completion. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, cost control, scheduling, and collaboration with field teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.

You will manage owner contracts and subcontracts, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive safety and efficiency on site while maintaining rigorous financial performance and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience
• At least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
• Experience planning, organizing, and administering owner contracts and subcontracts
• Strong cost, schedule, and financial management skills
• Ability to lead with a collaborative, safety‑focused approach

Responsibilities

• Guide a project from contract execution through successful completion
• Collaborate with the field superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Oversee procurement, delivery of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Manage budgets, costs, forecasts, and reporting for the project
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communicate with internal partners
