• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations for strategic oversight.
• Network with clients and partners to secure new work opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships to support project execution.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for project success.
• Oversee Project Specific Safety Plans and conduct safety reviews.
• Manage all contractual and risk-management activities.
• Develop bid strategies and lead operational responses to RFPs.
• Provide financial oversight for assigned projects.
