Procore experience and a track record of rigorous project planning are essential. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ensuring quality execution while maintaining Choate's safety-first culture and ESOP-driven ownership

Qualifications

• Champions safety culture on site and leads by example.
• Experience delivering complex projects from start to finish.
• Creates and executes detailed project planning and scheduling.
• Reviews and communicates drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, full-cycle projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor field Superintendents and assistants through coaching and leadership.
• Communicate construction documents and scopes effectively to all teams.
• Foster collaboration with owners, trade partners, and internal teams.
