Job summary

Choate Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead highly complex projects and multiple teams in the Tampa area. You will oversee planning, contracts, scheduling, cost control, and quality oversight to ensure safe, profitable outcomes and outstanding client satisfaction.

You will develop strong relationships with clients and designers, pursue new opportunities, and mentor project managers and superintendents to build Choate’s leadership bench.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of overall construction experience with a minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager on increasingly complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams of Project Managers, Superintendents, and staff to deliver safe, profitable results.
• Strong expertise in planning, contract administration, cost control, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex projects or multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget are met while achieving client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain client and designer relationships to generate repeat and new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop project leadership and frontline teams; manage risk and change with stakeholders.
