Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead day-to-day management of complex projects. You will work with the Senior Project Manager and Project Engineers to drive schedules, risk management, and client satisfaction on site.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, a related degree, and proven leadership. The firm offers a competitive base salary ($140k-$260k) with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

10+ years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
Knowledge of contracts, permits, risk management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
Secure permits and verify insurance for subcontractors.
Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
Lead project closeout, turnover of manuals and warranties, and final payment documents.
Develop and maintain relationships with owners and design firms.
Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
Support business development through proposals and presentations.
