Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of construction project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead client and architect relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to meet quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Manage project staff and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and project documentation.
• Lead weekly status meetings with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
