Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership across all phases with cross-functional collaboration.
• People management: mentoring, coaching, staffing decisions, performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement client-focused communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, manage budgets and procurement strategies.
• Lead meetings with executives, designers, contractors and vendors to ensure outcomes.
