Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of complex construction projects in Jacksonville, FL. You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with owners, engineers, and designers, and drive timely decisions to meet goals and budgets.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and strong communication with stakeholders, with an expectation to recruit and mentor team members and to participate in proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish and negotiate with owners/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify insurance for subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly status reports and manage project close-out documentation.
• Drive safety culture on the project site and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
