Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction Project management, including creating project plans with tasks, timelines, and resources. You will drive stakeholder communication, manage risk, and monitor progress to meet goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with owners, engineering and design firms, and a focus on safety and timely project delivery in a fast-paced environment. A strong record of leadership and results is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of construction experience; 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong in developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Have thorough knowledge of the company's contracts and understanding of all parties involved.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, engineering and design firms.
• Establish deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support acquisitions of new work via proposals and presentations.
• Foster inclusion and diversity within the team.
• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to win right work.
• Recruit top industry talent to join Clark.
