Job summary

DN Tanks LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Irving, TX to support project planning, execution, and closeout across the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Role requires hands‑on management in concrete and sitework, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel to project sites for site visits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction field engineer, project engineer, or assistant project manager experience in a heavy civil self‑performing contractor, concrete preferred.
• Background in sitework and utility work preferred.
• Leadership experience demonstrated through ability to guide, motivate and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the successful execution of projects through effective communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Manage services projects representing the company in meetings and pre‑job planning with superintendents.
• Oversee cost management including budgeting, invoice evaluation, expense tracking, and monthly billings.
• Direct crane operations scheduling and coordination with the superintendent for efficient project execution.
• Travel to project sites for preconstruction meetings, quality control, and safety inspections.
