Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and develop new business opportunities for key clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will plan, staff, and manage projects to meet schedule and budget while maintaining client relations.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 8+ years project management experience.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through department heads or trade managers.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy and client direction.
• Act as liaison with prime client and architect/engineer contacts to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare all necessary back up relating to change requests.
• Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
