• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Oversee project close-out, turnover of manuals/warranties, and final payments to subs.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Manage deadlines and monitor project progress.
• Promote a safety-focused project culture.
• Support new business through proposals and presentations.
• Foster inclusion and diversity; recruit top industry talent.
