Job summary

The role focuses on budgeting, staffing, and aligning project execution with owner expectations while driving business development and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 10 years of experience with general contracting, budgeting, and schedule management.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering required with 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience as a general contractor managing projects or programs is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously with strong leadership.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management; proficient in planning and control.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and direct overall activities to achieve construction objectives.
• Budgeting, production planning and staffing responsibilities.
• Hire and staff regional office and supervise project teams.
• Ensure projects meet schedule targets and owner expectations while pursuing business development.
