Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate teams of 5–10 staff and subcontractors; manage budgets.
• Define scope, goals, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Attend design meetings and provide constructability input.
• Draft budgets, negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Develop progress reports and risk mitigation plans.
