Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Project Manager (Concrete) in Bellevue, WA to lead residential projects from initiation to closure. You will define scope, manage budgets, coordinate design and construction, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management, construction knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office suite. Travel to site locations may be required, with Onni offering competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project/development management experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Project Management or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from start to finish for specific scopes of work.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Review critical path, manage changes in scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and changes.
• Prepare detailed scopes for bid packages and contract awards.
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations.
• Oversee project team including Coordinators, Superintendents and Engineers.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and contractors.
