Job summary

Onni in Chicago seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within strict budget and quality guidelines. You will coordinate resources and lead cross-functional teams of 5–10 staff and contractors, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are managed.

The role requires 10+ years in project/development management, a related degree, and strong proficiency with MS Office and project controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/development management for construction.
• Associates Degree or higher in Project Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Ability to guide and coordinate a department of five or more employees.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects within schedule, cost, and quality constraints.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage communications and set expectations with team and stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, proposals, and change orders as needed.
• Lead design meetings and provide constructability comments.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
