Job summary

Premier Construction & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-development through design/build, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. The role involves managing RFPs, budgets, risk, and client relations, with oversight of superintendents and project engineers.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial/commercial construction, deep knowledge of MEP and related trades, and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in industrial/commercial construction.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP, civil, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, and finishing trades.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project).
• Preferred proficiency in Procore.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze RFPs and bidding processes.
• Provide estimates for pre-development, development and design/build phases.
• Develop and manage project budgets including change requests.
• Negotiate client contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage project teams including Superintendents and Project Engineers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project.
• Attend site walkthroughs and meetings.
