Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction programs across facilities and infrastructure. You will guide project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met while coordinating with engineering, controls, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of on-site PM experience, strong leadership, contract negotiation skills, and a passion for the space program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of on-site project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to plan, execute, and close construction projects within budgets and schedules.
• Experience negotiating contracts with general contractors and subs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Provide field oversight and develop customized project schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with GC and subcontractors; manage documentation.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Produce progress reports, budgets, and KPIs; manage changes and invoices.
