Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a Reno, NV construction team. You will oversee the execution of complex projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires preparation through closeout of projects up to $25M, with emphasis on CPM scheduling, contract administration, and strong client communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and change-order management.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and critical-path activities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including projects up to $25M.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, including CPM and short-term schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, materials, and equipment.
• Manage subcontract negotiations, purchase orders, change orders, and payments.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead communication with project stakeholders including owners and engineers.
• Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, schedule impacts, and challenges.
• Oversee safety and quality requirements, including audits and QC plans.
• Support and mentor project engineers and other team members.
• Assist with estimating, field operations, claims, and closeout as needed.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, financial, and operational standards.
