Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team for campus improvements and renovations on a client campus in Dearborn, MI. The role focuses on delivering complex construction projects with strong stakeholder collaboration on-site.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience, a construction-focused degree, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. SoX controls may apply; on-site presence is required with potential client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
