Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Malvern, PA seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide professional project management on client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with the property management team and owners to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of related engineering/construction experience, with familiarity in electrical, generator, and mechanical systems, and a background in occupied-site projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability.
• Hands-on experience with critical corporate building infrastructure (electrical, generator, mechanical systems) is preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects in occupied settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of building construction projects coordinating with Security, IT, AV, Furniture, etc.
• Manage projects across PA, NC, and AZ with some travel as needed.
• Prepare budgets and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs.
• Oversee selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, changes, and invoices with clients and property management.
• Maintain project status in the client PM system and drive projects from inception to closeout.
