RXR seeks a Senior Project Manager in New York to lead projects from design through turnover, coordinating consultants, construction teams, and ownership to ensure design intent, budget, and schedule are met.

You will oversee safety, permits, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Development, Construction, IMG, Asset Management, Leasing, and related teams to drive successful delivery.

Formación

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
8 to 15+ years field experience as a Project Manager.
Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
Experience with construction management software and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

Manage day-to-day consultant activities, meetings, and deliverables.
Review drawings for constructability, cost, and value engineering opportunities.
Oversee construction in all phases from design through completion.
Participate in bid leveling, contractor qualification, and scope review.
Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and change orders.
Coordinate across internal groups and external partners to support project success.
