Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, architecture, or design management.
• Experience with developers, private equity platforms, or institutional owners preferred.
• Strong understanding of design development, documentation, and construction processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from concept through construction documentation and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design excellence and technical alignment.
• Review and refine design packages, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and investment strategy.
• Oversee value engineering initiatives without compromising design integrity.
• Collaborate closely with development and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support planning, entitlements, and regulatory approvals where required.
• Monitor design progress, mitigating risks and driving timely decision-making.
• Maintain a consistent design standard across multiple projects within the portfolio.
