Job summary

RXR is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York to oversee projects from design through turnover, aligning with owner expectations and design intent. You will lead consultant activities, review constructability, and manage cross-functional teams including Development, Construction, IMG, and Leasing.

Responsibilities include budget control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. The role requires extensive PM experience on complex real estate projects and strong coordination with lenders

Qualifications

• 8 to 15+ years of field experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing complex construction projects from design to turnover.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day consultant activities, meetings, and deliverables.
• Review drawings for constructability, cost, and value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee construction projects from conceptual design through completion.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and schedule adherence on site.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and change orders; coordinate with lenders.
• Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate across Development, Construction, Asset Management, Leasing, etc.
• Prepare status reports, maintain documents, and highlight risks.
