Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Project Executive to lead a large project team or multiple smaller teams, guiding direction, completion, and financial outcomes on-site with occasional office trainings. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, safety accountability, and contract compliance across complex construction programs.

You will oversee preconstruction coordination, team performance, and stakeholder communications while driving a culture of collaboration and excellence on projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of construction management experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills; leadership ability.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software; Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large project team or multiple smaller teams to direct overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
• Sit primarily on the job site with travel to the office for trainings and meetings.
• Develop and implement project safety plans and quality plans aligned with contract documents.
• Coordinate preconstruction services and reviews to ensure alignment with obligations.
