Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
• Verifies and guides project financial forecast, notices, and billings; escalates deviations.
• Leads development of a project-specific quality plan and a closeout strategy.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set priorities and maintain relationships.
• Oversees subcontracting strategy, buyout process, and contract negotiations.
• Ensures insurance, bonds, and contractual obligations are met; coordinates preconstruction deliverables.
• Fosters a positive, inclusive team environment and coaches team members.
