• Strong technical and communication skills are essential; experience with industry standard software expected.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of financial forecasts, notices, and billings; escalates deviations.
• Leads the team to create project quality and closeout plans aligned with contract documents.
• Directs work of project administration, superintendents, and engineers to meet priorities and maintain owner/subcontractor relations.
• negotiates contracts and leads risk mitigation; ensures compliance with insurance and bonds.
