Job summary

Ajax Building Company is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget; serving as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers. The role reports to the Project Executive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and manage project personnel.
• Lead overall project execution with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Establish project operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets and schedules with proactive risk management.
• Review project performance reports to manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Oversee procurement and material purchases.
