Job summary

Ajax Building Company is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, while actively managing project performance, cost, and risk to drive successful outcomes. The Project Manager reports to the Project Executive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends and their impact on the corporation.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, develop, and manage project personnel.
• Lead overall project execution with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and implement project operating procedures.
• Oversee budgets and schedules, manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Review project performance reports and manage risks.
