Job summary

Ajax Building Company in Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager reports to the Project Executive and will coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers while actively managing cost and risk to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules with risk oversight.
• Review performance reports and communicate status to leadership.
• Manage procurement and material purchases not in original estimate.
• Represent the company in communications and negotiations with owners and architects.
• Audit activities from contract execution through closeout and warranty.
