Job summary

gpac seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from inception to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to meet scope, budget, and timeline with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires strong planning, cost-control, and team leadership, with proficiency in Primavera, Procore, or Microsoft Project. Regular field visits and office coordination are expected in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling and project-management software proficiency (Primavera/Procore/MS Project).
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and manage budgets and track expenses.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Lead teams and conduct regular status meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress.
