Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Project Executive to lead a single large project team or multiple small teams. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings.

You will guide direction, completion, and financial outcomes, working with owners, subcontractors, and design teams. We value integrity, teamwork, and a disciplined approach to delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Life Science, K-12, Higher Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a single large project team or multiple small project teams.
• Guides overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of the project(s).
• Maintains project schedule, budget, and safety standards on site.
• Coordinates with owners, subcontractors, and design teams to align contractual obligations.
